In Tuscany food is everything. Tuscany is the area surrounding Florence and Siena and is known for its beautiful rolling countryside, Chianti wine, and fantastic restaurants.
Historically, Tuscany is known for foods that are rich in taste because of the use of fresh products and proper cooking techniques. With that concept in mind, our chefs use their extensive knowledge to create simple yet innovative dishes. We do hope you enjoy your experience with us, and will return.

MEET CHEF CHRIS
It all started when...
Palios began his culinary adventure at the age of seven working side by side with his Sicilian Grandmother learning traditional Italian recipes and techniques. At age fourteen he got his first job working in a restaurant. In 2002 he enrolled at Johnson & Wales University where he earned both an associates and bachelors degree in culinary arts as well as a masters degree in education. His travels through school took him to the Caribbean to work at one of the finest resorts as well as northern Italy where he was classically trained in Italian fine dining. He has also worked with celebrity chefs including Emeril Lagasse and Todd English. Christopher is currently the executive chef and owner of Sophia’s Tuscan Grille in Warwick, Rhode Island.
