For nearly two decades, Sophia’s Tuscan Grille has been a beloved Warwick staple — an award-winning kitchen and BYOB built on tradition, creativity, and genuine hospitality. Chef-owner Chris Palios and his dedicated staff bring authentic Tuscan technique to every plate: handcrafted pastas, slow-built sauces, and rustic dishes inspired by the countryside around Florence and Siena.

Everything at Sophia’s is made in-house and cooked in small batches, with a revolving weekly menu that showcases seasonal ingredients and Chef Chris’s modern culinary accents.
